Frugal Families Green is an encouraging blog dedicated to helping you save money, frugal living, simplifying life, blogging & make money, home & family, deals, freebies, green living, books, movies, travel, and recipes. Our tagline is: Simplifying Life One Day At A Time
In 2010, we were in a dark place financially as the economy turned we just struggled trying to make ends meet. I worked extra hard to reduce our family’s grocery budget. We are still working on becoming debt free, but we are a lot better off than we were back then. So, if you find yourself struggling with expenses and debt, I know what you are going through because my family has been there.
We all know we attempt to cut costs with our grocery bills. For awhile I would go to 3 different stores just to cut cost and be worn out by the end of shopping, especially as I get older. My stores I would visit are Aldi, Kroger, and Walmart. Well, now in a near-by town Walmart offers Walmart Grocery where I can order them online and then go pick them up. This definitely helps keep my grocery budget where it needs to because I do not have to guess when at the store if I forgot to put something on the list. I can go look right there and do not end up buying items I do not need. It also saves me lots of time on grocery shopping.
