Can I be honest with you? I didn’t have as much time to read in 2016. I have made some better goals for this year 2017 including my reading goals for the year.
I am usually an Avid Reader, but in 2016 not so much. I plan to change that for this year to up my reading volume. I only read a total of 4 books. So, I am listing all 4 of them.
I am hoping to up my posts for this year, especially my book posts. I really would like to hear from my reading fans out there. Please drop me a line and let me know your favorite kind of books.
1. How To Turn Your Blog into a six-figure Money Making Machine
This has been one of the best blogging books around that I have read that gives you detail on every level of blogging. The Author has written several books on blogging and saving money topics. She is one of my favorite blogs that I have been reading the last few years.
If you are a new blogger or a blogger who has been blogging for awhile and need some more input, this book is for you!

2. Say Goodbye to Survival Mode – by Crystal Paine
Crystal Paine is another one of my favorite bloggers and authors. I probably have been following her the longest. I have followed her way before I ever decided to start blogging. She is all about saving money, saving time, and also blogs about goals.
This books is a great book to help our hurried lives and to regain peace and purpose. All moms out there need some kind of help out there. This guide helps you be able to live your life better and to feel healthier and more energetic by setting priorities and boundaries, eliminate stress with management of your time, money, and home plus being able to get more done by setting realistic goals.

3. Just Do Something by Kevin DeYoung
This book is about helping Christians settle down, make choices, and doing the hard work to make those choices come alive. People are always worried about churches, jobs, and relationships that they haven’t found God’s perfect will for their lives. But God says that he doesn’t need to tell us what to do at each fork in the road. He’s already revealed his plan for our lives.
This is a very quick read with some interesting points about living your life. It is really focused on the facts of what God has revealed to us in the Scriptures so we can figure out what he wants us to do.

4. Have a New Teenager by Friday by Kevin Leman
This book is more of a guide than a book with a story. I did not do a book review on this one. The first half is about how to manage your teenager. The second half is more a guide / dictionary of different problems you may face with your teenagers.
I record my books using Goodreads and also join the book challenge every year. At the end of the year, it gives details about the books you read. It explains the total books you read for the year with the amount of pages. It also measures 2 of your books telling you which book was the shortest and longest and how many pages each one of those are. It also gives you the average length of the books you read. Lets you know the most popular and least popular book and how many people have read those books. You also find out the highest rated book on Goodreads out of the books you read and then is shows all the books you read in that year. Check out my report!
Join 2017 Reading Challenge and you can even follow my book challenge! As you can see, I haven’t finished any books yet for this year.
